- Toastmaster: enter the meeting theme and Word of the Day in EasySpeak
- Topics Master: prepare 4-6 questions related to the theme, if possible
- Speakers: contact your Evaluator to pass along any points you would like feedback on and ensure they have a copy of the evaluation form
- Speech Evaluators: become familiar with the objectives of the speech project that your speaker is working on, preferably by taking a look at the evaluation form
